Mindfulness through photography.

Photography is a mindful activity.The wonder of is that it keeps us in the present moment.I spend most of my time in the natural world.I have found taking time each day feeds my sense of wonder and improves my sense of well being.I enjoy watching the light change with the hours and the landscape change with the seasons.
